Business Development & Operations Manager — Jeddah
A management role responsible for business development, RFP and opportunity tracking, internal coordination, staffing follow-up, administrative and government processes, and operational reporting. The position requires independent execution, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to convert Principal-level direction into completed actions. Experience in architecture, engineering, consulting, project management, or professional services is preferred.
Document Controller / Administrative Coordinator — Jeddah
Responsible for project records, correspondence, digital filing, version control, internal follow-up, schedules, procurement coordination, bookings, and routine office administration. Candidates must be highly organized, discreet, and comfortable working across cloud-based platforms and standard office systems. Previous experience in an architectural, engineering, construction, or consulting environment is preferred.
3D Modeler / Architectural Draughtsman — Jeddah
Responsible for architectural 3D modeling, drawing development, detailing, model revision, and design studies under the direction of the Design Principal. Strong working knowledge of Rhino, Revit, and AutoCAD is expected. Experience in physical model-making, 3D printing, rendering, or digital fabrication is an advantage.
INJ Architects is a Principal-led practice. Roles are assigned with a defined scope, expected output, and measurable responsibility. The office values speed, accuracy, discretion, and completion. Candidates requiring continuous task-level supervision are unlikely to be suitable.
Training & Internships
The office is not currently accepting general internship or summer-training applications. A significant portion of current project work is subject to strict confidentiality and NDA requirements, which limits access for short-term trainees.
Subject to the Design Principal’s schedule, INJ Architects may open a structured architectural training program. If activated, the program will be announced publicly with a defined brief, duration, and application process. Unsolicited internship requests are not reviewed outside an announced program.
