Local Content Integration Reaches 98.7% in Indonesian Consulate Project, Jeddah
INJ Architects, under the leadership of Ibrahim Nawaf Joharji, has achieved a local content integration ratio of 98.7% based on project data sheets in the Indonesian Consulate project in Jeddah.
This milestone reflects a comprehensive integration of locally manufactured materials and systems across structural, architectural, and building service components. The approach aligns with the firm’s broader commitment to sustainability and localized construction strategies.
As part of the firm’s methodology outlined in How We Work, projects are evaluated not only based on design intent but also on material sourcing, technical compliance, and execution efficiency. This ensures that high-specification projects can be delivered with a strong local supply chain without compromising quality.
It is important to note that while the documented data sheet ratio stands at 98.7%, the estimated ratio based on executed construction volumes is approximately 99.2%, subject to final validation.
The Indonesian Consulate project, featured ضمن Projects Overview, represents a benchmark in integrating local manufacturing into diplomatic architecture, reinforcing the role of INJ Architects as a contributor to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives.
